Adrian is the CEO and Founder of ICG Medical and has been working within the recruitment industry since the early 00’s. Soon after graduating in Business and Economics, Adrian started his staffing career with some well-known players in the industry before setting up ICG Medical.

ICG Medical have been established as a leading healthcare provider since 2011. The business includes several specialist healthcare recruitment providers who deliver a blend of temporary, contract and permanent placements internationally. Over time, we have expanded our service offering across the UK, Ireland, South Africa, India, Australia, China, Canada and the US.

Olivia is responsible for ensuring we deliver our exceptional customer service to our nurses, and deliver to the highest standards across all forms of financial compliance.

She trained as a chartered accountant at BDO and has since worked at a number of high growth businesses and has been with ICG since 2014, so has been fundamentally involved in the growth and evolution of the business over the years.

As Global Head of Operational Learning & Development, Anuj leads the operational Learning & Development function across multiple regions and drive meaningful changes that not only enhance our team’s capabilities but also align closely with ICG’s mission.

Simone Baxter serves as Financial Controller APAC at ICG Medical leading the finance and payroll teams in Australia, China, and Japan.

Simone has broad Commercial and Financial Management experience across a variety of industries holding multiple leadership positions, contributing to long-term financial strategy, driving profitable growth and international expansion for both global businesses and startups.

Her extensive experience equips her with skills in a wide range of corporate and financial areas, including commercialisation, strategy, risk management, compliance, and corporate governance, both in Australia and internationally.

Simone has a client focused, transparent and collaborative leadership approach, a competitive nature, and a proven track-record of achieving deliverables.

Simone loves being part of a team, bringing people together to collaborate and likes people with a positive mindset.

Vandana serves as our Head of Finance for North America at ICG Medical leading the finance teams in the US and Canada.

Based in Texas, in her previous role she managed a large finance team based in Noida, and so Vandana has a wealth of experience in leading teams.

She is process-oriented with a democratic style of working. She has a family of four with four pets too, and enjoys hiking, exploring nature, cooking and playing TT in her free time.

Meet Alex, the Operations Director at Clinical24. From overseeing Sales and Delivery to being a master of all things operational, Alex keeps the ship sailing smoothly.

His journey with Clinical24 started way back when he was just 18, stepping in as an apprentice. Since then, he's been an essential part of the team. Over the years, he has contributed to the growth and success of Clinical24. As an integral part of the team, he works tirelessly to ensure the Sales and Delivery operations are streamlined and efficient, leading to optimal outcomes for our clients and candidates alike.

When he's not busy being the operational maestro, you'll find Alex passionately cheering for his beloved Tottenham. Whether it's driving excellence at work or cheering for his team, Alex knows how to bring the hype!
